I still can't believe that we were able to sell the property for $75,000 more than the first agent that we contacted thought it was worth. If it were not for you, I would not have been able to co-ordinate the renovations that were done on the house. From collecting bids to managing the process, I feel so lucky to have had you there for me every step of the way. I am also sure that we got such a good deal on the work done because of your relationships with the painter, floor refinisher, etc. Thank you for that too!! I now have a much better understanding of what a Realtor does and I think that it would have been nearly impossible for me to have closed this sale without you. When the buyer ran into some difficulties with their loan, you negotiated on my behalf to have them release their deposit, and you truly kept the deal together. Revi, I think that you are a consummate professional and any buyer or seller would be extremely fortunate to have you on their side.
